Don't immediately discard everything from your current kitchen, according to J. B Perkins, Program Manager at Habitat Reuse, "About 85 percent of a house is reusable." So squeeze as much money as you can out of your kitchen before you start remodeling.

The restaurant owner should schedule cleanings as such to prevent fire hazards and costly damage. The NFPA 96 also gives cooking equipment safety requirements, fire suppression system types, and hood types. In the statement I wrote earlier about cleaning.
